2WEETER.com is the first Twitter feed that delivers geo-targeted real estate trends, news, and listing information to agents and consumers in their respective markets. The 2WEETER.com feed incorporates real estate tweets from major metropolitan areas in the United States, as well as some smaller metropolitan areas and high-volume real estate markets.

Any tweets posted directly on 2WEETER.com will automatically include the #realestate hash tag plus the #City hash tag for the City web page that a user has posted to.
Other benefits include the ability to post information directly on 2WEETER.com that will then be posted on the users respective Twitter and Facebook accounts. This simplifies social media postings by tweeting once on 2WEETER.com and then getting distributed to two of the leading social media networks.
