We offer full service brokerage benefits and a 100% commission plan by utilizing technology & internal tools that make our agent system the premier Virtual Office experience. You do not pay high fees to cover office costs, and you work when and where you want to. You can use our Virtual Office website to get training and perform your daily work activities. 2M Realty is the right company at the right time in the Houston, Texas real estate market. We offer 100% commission plans where Agents keeps all the commission they earn, as well as more traditional agent/broker plans for part time or office agents.
- Premier Plan: 100% of the sales commission is yours to keep. You pay just $295 per month with absolutely no transaction fees, no franchise fees, no desk fees, and no office fees. This plan includes a steady stream of leads generated from 2M Realty's market leading websites, plus all of the 2M Agent Benefits. E&O Insurance is included with the monthly fee.
This plan is ideal for agents that want to cash-in on 2M Realty's lead generation programs & management tools and want to FULLY REALIZE a 100% COMMISSION PLAN. There are no office schedules to follow, no floor time that you are required to fill, and Agents work from the comfort of their home office. - Basic Plan: 80% of the sales commission is yours to keep. Choose this option and pay just $100 per month plus $35 per tranaction for E&O Insurance. There are absolutely no franchise fees, no desk fees, nor office fees. This plan includes all the 2M Agent Benefits to promote your listings and marketing tools needed to increase opportunities and effectively manage clients and transactions.
This plan is ideal for part-time agents that want to cash-in on 2M Realty's lead generation programs & management tools. There are no office schedules to follow, no floor time that you are required to fill, and Agents work from the comfort of their home office. - Office Plan: Up to 70% of the sales commission is yours to keep, depending on experience level. Choose this plan and pay no franchise fees, no desk fees or no office fees. This plan includes all of the Agent Benefits and marketing tools, plus a desk setup, floor-time, call rotation, walk-ins and in-person broker support.
This plan is ideal for agents that desire an office setting along with the support it provides. Typical desk setup includes desk, chair, phone, internet connection, printer, copy and fax.

Transactions, Closings and Commissions
We utilize a transaction management system with a Commission Disbursement Authorization (CDA). Once the transaction is fully entered into the system, we can fax a CDA to the title company authorizing them to cut your commission directly to you.
