We offer a 100% Commission plan where the agent keeps all the commission they earn, as well as a more traditional agent/broker commission plan. Regardless of which plan you choose, you benefit from the 2M Realty website to promote your listings, plus:

Commission Plans:

• 100% Commission Plan – 100% of the sales commission is yours to keep regardless of the size transaction. Choose this option and pay just $295 per month with no transaction fees, no franchise fees, and no office fees. This plan is ideal for established, top-producing agents that want to work from home and do not need steady office support.
  
  
• Traditional Commission Plan – Agent/broker commission share with no transaction fees, no franchise fees, and no office fees. This is a more traditional agent/broker plan with the agent receiving from 60% to 80% of the commission that is earned. It includes all the features mentioned above PLUS a desk, phone, computer, Internet access, and copy machine. It also includes office and broker support, floor time, lead call rotation, a steady stream of exclusive territory buyer and seller leads generated from 2M Realty's website, marketing tools to increase your opportunities, and a monthly "farming" allowance to promote yourself and your listings. The amount of leads you receive with this plan will keep you very busy. If you are a go-getter who can multi-task, stay organized, work on multiple deals at one time, and want the opportunity to make big bucks then this is the right plan for you.
