There are absolutely no franchise fees, no desk fees, nor office fees. This plan includes all of the benefits mentioned above to promote your listings, as well as the marketing tools needed to increase opportunities and effectively manage clients and transactions.
Select the Basic Plan and pay just $100 per month plus $35 per transaction for E&O Insurance. With this plan you get 80% of the commission plus all the benefits that 2M Realty has to offer.
Prepay your Basic Plan and get 12 months of service for the price of 11 months. A savings of $100.
